Airdrop Of The Year: Berachain gives $632 Million In $BERA

Berachain is dropping a huge $632 million airdrop as it prepares for its mainnet launch on February 6, 2025. The project rewards early supporters and participants, making this one of the biggest crypto giveaways of the year.

A total of 15.8% of Berachain’s 500 million BERA supply will be given out. The airdrop is going to testnet users, Bong Bears NFT holders, active community members, and Binance users who took part in the “BNB to Simple Earn” program in January. Users can check their eligibility on Berachain’s official airdrop checker and claim their tokens after the mainnet launch.

Some people are excited after receiving over 300 BERA, while others are frustrated after finding out they don’t qualify. Airdrops have turned out to be big wins in the past—like Uniswap’s 400 UNI giveaway in 2020, which was worth up to $12,000, or dYdX’s airdrop in 2021, where some users got tokens worth tens of thousands of dollars.
